Some days are better than others, and some of those "better" days, are definitely really great. And today was one of them :)
Nothing special happened, but just small things that were enough to make me happy, and to make me realize how happy I am in general.
I can sometimes complain that I have too much work, that the weather is bad in Sweden, that I'm tired... but I think the most important is to realize that even though I'm sometimes having too much work, I love my job and I feel appreciated for it, even though the weather is not as good as I would like, the nice days are just awesome, and even though I'm tired, I'm healthy and I can dance as much as I want. :)
Talking about work, I think I'll definitely miss the "freedom" I can have here. I can really organize myself how I want as long as the work is done. So I worked from home this afternoon and I'll do the same tomorrow, and I appreciate this very much. Sometimes I can also leave work quite early, go do something else (typ dancing lol), and then go back and work from home in the evening. I don't think in France they are that flexible... We'll see in a few months :)
One more thing I wanted to mention : the pole dance classes. I've had the 3rd class yesterday (should have been the 4th but I missed one) and I was SO happy and proud of myself. It's like each time, I have a new "trigger" and suddenly I can do much more things than the previous time. So then it become more and more pleasant ! I still have sore muscles and lots of bruises of course but I like them because they are some kind of testimony of my good work haha.
Today was jazz. Just loved the class, as usual. It was the 3rd time we did the choreo and the 3rd time is always the time I prefer because I know the steps quite well so I can focus on doing them 200%, and it's the same for the other people in the studio, which creates such a great and fun atmosphere with LOTS of energy. I was almost dancing in the street on my way home lol.
And tomorrow morning I'm meeting Valerie at 7.00am to go running before work...
So now time to recharge !!
